Here at *greenparka, we pride ourselves on providing an appropriate balance of creativity and technology with every project we work on. As we're expert in both, we're able to deliver highly creative, engaging sites where the need arises and deliver highly technical sites where that need arises.

'So what?' I hear you say. Well, the reason it's important (crucially important) is that for us it's all about results. Whether you're looking to get more leads through your site, promote your brand and raise awareness, increase your traffic, reduce your costs or
increase sales, we can help.

And we can show you how we've done it for other people.

Here's the lowdown on some of the clients we've helped recently...

Coalhill 2

Following on from the highly successful Coalhill Development in Leith, Buredi have just launched Coalhill 2. 39 stunning apartments overlooking the Water of Leith are being created.

The new site features a fantastic new 3D Apartment Selector, that lets you browse around the development and see exactly how each of the flats will look.

The Burrell Company

We've worked very successfully with the Burrell Company for a number of years and towards the tail end of 2006 we launched a brand new site. It showcases each of the developments they've been involved with, providing an interesting retrospective of their work. Of course, up and coming developments are also featured, letting prospective buyers know exactly where they might find their perfect property.

Just before Christmas, we delivered what will be the first of a series of regular Email Newsletters from the company, keeping buyers, colleagues and friends alike aware of what the company is up to.

Rettie & Co

Beating off stiff competition from around the country, the Rettie & Co website won "Best UK Estate Agency Website 2006" at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards in September.

Needless to say we're extremely pleased! The site will now be put forward to the International Property Awards - here's hoping there's more good news to come!

Upper Strand Nominated

We were thrilled when we heard earlier on in March that the Upper Strand Web Site had been nominated for the Best Web Site award at the Scottish Design Awards 2006. The site has been developed to promote a new property development in the Waterfront area of Edinburgh.

The ceremony took place on the 26th May - unfortunately we didn't win but had a great time all the same.

ArtKandy.co.uk

ArtKandy.co.uk is the place where you can buy fantastic works of art from students and upcoming artists before anyone else has the chance.

The brainchild of Ben Abbot, the site has already gained significant coverage and has developed a superb collection of work for sale. He spotted the opportunity when he realised that many of his art student friends had huge amounts of work just sitting around. Now there’s a way for them to promote their work and earn some money. Genius!

Edinburgh Business Assembly

The Edinburgh Business Assembly is a ground-breaking new partnership between The City of Edinburgh Council, Scottish Enterprise and business leaders in the City. A group of individuals meet regularly to debate and report back on key issues affecting the city and what could be done about them.

The site is accessible and features our Content Management System, allowing the team there to update everything themselves. We've even built a special Members' Area, where those in the Assembly can access key documents and information before and after they meet.
